I thought of making a game GEAR without screen but with an exit RCA then I could have connected it to my console thanks to AV adapt (Blaze)

And it's for the Game Boy Advance.

The only AV adapter I know of is the TV tuner, and that only accepts input.

Your best bet is to get the adapter for the Sega Master System, because there is no way to get an AV signal from a game gear (at least none that I know of). This is because of the way the game gear's screen is hooked up. It does not use an RGB or composite signal, it uses digital signals to directly interface with the LCD.

The only think I know of that is like the thing you posted is the game gear TV card. But it only takes a signal in, it won't send a signal to a TV.

You should buy a Sega Master Syatem and the game gear adapter for it, so you can play game gear games on the SMS.

There is no way to make the game gear send a signal the TV will accept. The game gear talks directly to the screen. For TV signals, the video signal would have to be changed, then changed back to a signal the regular game gear screen understands.

In order to save space, they left out the parts that change the signal. Instead the board talks directly to the screen.
