its just a little gaming/personal site with some nice stuff. there wont be any big files or anything to worry about.

www.100webspace.com gives you 100MB of space and 3GB monthly bandwidth. However you have to make and upload thge pages yourself or install a web-based web designer. (They don't have any tools like Geocities' PageBuilder)
They also have PHP and MySQL database support so you could install something like a chat system or a phpbb forum.
