I'd try putting 2 of them on a 22-ohm resistor (though you could also do 2 10 ohm ones) and another two on another 22-ohm resistor (see above). That is what Ben suggests when using 2 LEDs, so you should just do it twice. I did his mod for 3 twice for my screen (10 ohms and 3 LEDs).

Ok, sorry again for the double post, but I again have new information! The N64p will have the following dimensions: 7.5" wide x 5.5" tall (this may change slightly depending on several factors) x 1.75" deep. It will be powered by 6 2,500mAH Ni-MH AA batteries from Energizer and will have an integrated charger (the one they come with, in this case, the one with an external AC adapter  ). Obviously, the cartridge will slide down the back, and the batteries will insert below it. In between the cart and batteries will be the memory card slot from the controller. In order to use an expansion pak, the original slot will be wired 90° and the pak will insert from the bottom (and it will be removable too!). Extra controllers and the multi-out AV cord will plug into the back, though I'm not sure where yet. To keep the processors/RAM cool, I will be using a small computer fan (most likely 1.5") that will blow cool air in one side of the back and warm air will come out of the other. The positioning of the fan and air vents are another thing that may change. Finally, I've decided to have the D-Pad at the top of the unit and the control stick below it. This allows the L button to be a shoulder button and the Z button to stay a trigger (or butt-button according to Ben).

The whole shebang will be build of clear acrylic and aluminum strips. The back will be 3/4" strips and the front 1" thick. I'm estimating that in the end, the project will cost me about $130 (not including the expansion pak, as it is not required to make this portable). I still need the DC-DC convertor and the sync-extractor chip from digikey, but when I have that, all materials will be within easy reach.

Hey daguuy, I've been wanting to look at your M64 for awhile now, but I can't due to the freewebs freezing it. How long do I have to wait and is there another place for it?

I was thinking of getting a freewebs site myself (and I still am) for my N64p, but is it possible to mirror 3 or so, just so constant traffic doesn't cause it to freeze?

At least yours is somewhat complete, mine is some wire, a PSone screen and an N64. I'm thinking about getting an official controller and just keeping the one I have as a P2 one as well. I still need a DC-DC convertor, the sync stripper chip, the batteries/charger, and the acrylic for the case.

At least you have the case partially done is all I can say. Replacing a game system that's already in the case is pretty simple, building a case from scratch, that's hard.

yes, it's completely frankencase. it has the N64 case with verge case on top of that and the controller case split on each side and i'll put the battle-bot remote case to hold the D-pad somewhere on the left side
