I'm sure the $299 system will have everything needed to turn on... There will be some form of power cord...Conn wrote:God, way too expensive. More than $350 for a console, without a power supply or memory cards? wtf?
memory cards though...has anybody heard anything about 360 memory cards? will it have a specific one, or just take some standard form of flash?

OMG this is awesome, im saving my 5 dollar weekly allowance until i can buy that amazing core system. I dont care if i dont have a hard drive, or those wireless controllers, or anything that would make this X-Box different than the last. At least i get those High-Definition Grafix, and the awesome every game in surround sound. Yeah this is going to be great. Im going to play all the Halos til i drop! Yeah! go Halo!!!!!

Sorry to disappoint you but I have read that the XBOX360 is going to have "limited" backwards compatibility. Which to me translates to: bestselling XBOX hits can be bought again in a repackaged more "compatible" format. I could be wrong though.Yeah this is going to be great. Im going to play all the Halos til i drop! Yeah! go Halo!!!!!
