Snes and GB emulator hehhe

What I would like to know is WHY? The SNES plays SNES games normally, and can run GB games with the special cartridge thing. Then all you need is a screen. Either that or you could emulate both systems on a (non-buggY) emulator on the laptop. Why do all that weird board wiring and using the laptop?

that thing is awesome. you know, "fake" snes boards could be a very good thing. if it could reduce size then it has great portable potential.

i may be making these for people upon request, but..i was very lucky to get this one working...its its VERY VERY Buggy....Sometimes the game wont run, then i'd need to mess around with the wires..but its good enough for now

anyone like this thing? its basicly a Snes that plays Snes games and GB games.....But i must re-wire it becuase the GB games...are having problems while booting, like the games freeze....gotta fix that....

and sometimes it loads the Earthbound clone(the rom) while trying to load the Normal EarthBound game

dont set it on the carpet, you can bridge pins and fry it that way, and so its basiccaly a snes with the supergameboy or what?

well, it used to play Sega Games, but the games kept crashing and i kept getting no responses from the keys....so i switched it to GB,

well, you have to have the slot interfaced with some sort of input to the sbc, so I assumed it'd be an ISA slot (I've seen game cart -> PC adapters before and the ISA interface seems to be most common.

Hotdog, how did you make this? I mean, you seem to be as knowledgeable about it as the rest of us (Gannon excluded).

well, Jonny did most of the wiring and soldering (as i cannot hardly do that stuff, too messy).....so im not really sure, all i did was hook it all together, supply games, supply laptop, and add a Heatsink (with help from my dad,he put the heatsink on..i unno how.. :p)
and i added a few extra data boards to run the Emulator with out problems....which it still has problems...and im fixing the bugs..so i didnt do most of the wiring, and here i just call like an ISA Slot..."slot for games"..lol
