I got emulaters running on my comp and I wondered if i could find a way to hook up a n64 controller to my comp.... So would it be easier to buy a
adapter or make one myself
I prefer the GameCube controller for N64 games on my computer. The best adapter in that case is the Super Joy Box 13. They go for about $5 on eBay and are good looking next to all my clear Apple gear.
If you feel like getting every feature out of your N64 controller and paying +30$, then i suggest you get the adaptoid. it supports rumble paks, memcards, and the neat feature about the memcards is that the files written on them are compatible with your N64 (if you have one.)
I am no one, and I can defeat/stop/scare/kill you.
I am nobody, and I can do it.
I am none, you are second to me.
I am who, and I could/did do that.
I am Jake Turner.
Why are you so interested in an N64 to USB adapter? The GameCube controller is the best one yet and the adapter costs $5! Come on, it can even be used for N64 games in a pinch!
Unlike other people who do milestone numbers (100, 200…1000, etc…) I do arbitrary numbers (128, 256, 512, etc…) that have some other meaning (mainly something having to do with computers). 640 is the horizontal resolution of a VGA monitor!
