I don't see why they bothered with the GBM. Sometimes I have a hard enough time holding the GBA, and especially the GBA SP. I believe something that small will definitely lead to carpal tunnel and other Ninteno Injuries faster than its larger predecessors.

I thought the GBA was a perfect design. The screen got scratched easily, bu it was curved and felt good in hands.
the GBASP is an improvement, with a better screen and better buttons, but the shape is awkward.
The GBM looks like you can CRUSH IT WIHT YOUR HANDS.
I'll pass.

I like the GBA SP, ergonomics only matter to me when there are more than 8 main buttons (not including start or select). It would be nice if they made it more ergonomic, but to make it small, they had to make it uncomfortable. As soon as I get my GBA, I'm adding a backlight (and not an afterburner, it's a crappy frontlight) because then it will completely outdo the SP (except for the crispness of the SP's screen
).

The design of the Gameboy micro looks great, and personally I don't see why everyone's complaining. If anything it's gotta be easier than playing on a freakin cell phone, and nobody seems to complain there. And as long as the resolution of the Gameboy Micros screen is exactly the same as the GBA screen, text will be no freakin problem to see. Think deeper into these things before instantly tossing it off as crap.

Good point. But it's still just a freaking reissue of a now old gaming system. And for somebody like me, who has big hands, it looks impossible to play. And why would I want to play it? I'm already sick of all my GBA games. Now I should rebuy the same games, just retitled as GB Micro game! I really shouldn't mouth it off until I play it, but I already know what the games are like so I think it's okay to prejudge.
Personally I think they could have thought the design out better. Nintendo said they were designing it to be able to go in your pocket and when you wanted pull it out and play. With that in mind a screen conver would have been nice. As the GBA I got from riva16 had some scuffs on it and the only way to get that fixed is to send it to Nintendo or by spare parts both of which are going to take time and potietally cost money.
Last pev I have is they conpared the size of the Micro to the original Game Boy. Come on there is 15 years differece! In that time we've got calculators that are as power as computers from 1989. If they compared it to the GBA or GBA SP then yes that would be fine as thats what the Micro is a smaller GBA.

lol yes it did.. it happend to just about all there games. plus looks like a vary crappy console.. and why this after the DS and the compition with the PSP? this will have a vary limited release at best, dont expect it to be more than a key chain gimic. when Nintendo does make a new hanheld (most likly a rerelease of the DS first) well when it happens it will be at release time with the REVolution and it will be the GBE. that will be the only new inovation in hand helds.. and it will probly suck and take disks as media
