video problems
i got jeffslots portable atari in the mail a couple days ago and did a little work on it but i cant seem to get the video to work right its almost like everything is black and white but in blue tints any advice

Sounds like a screen problem to me, is the picture still all blue even when you switch the console to B&W (if the switch is still present, and using a game that has a true B&W mode)?
If jeffslots left off the B&W switch, you can temporarily ground the appropriate circuit track to put it into B&W mode. If the picture stays blue with the 2600 switched to B&W, it's definitely a screen problem.
