I have to say that it doesnt make sences that the lawyer would want to have you stay with your mother. She doesnt make sure you go to school, we/they dont know what else she might be negigent in not providing for you. Tell the lawyer, "Your suppost to represent me and my wishes! Your not doing that supporting the idea I say with my mother. Now you start doing what your suppost to or I'll see about having a new lawyer/atterny assigned to me" Even if this person thinks they're doing the right thing they are bound by law to carry out their client's wishes over whatever they may think.
