Noobish power question about PSONE and PSONE LCD (official)

Even just one of those will run the whole deal for about 2 hours, two is pretty much overkill. If you have them, digital camcorder batteries are good, just make sure they're around 7.2v (but no lower) and wire a few in parallel.
