A DS is not a portable N64. For one, it has ONE game form the N64 age- but even then, it was changed enough to be considered a remake insetad of a port.

Secondly, the DS can't succesfully emulate an N64. It requires recoding the game.

Not to mention the whole two screens, touch screen, X/Y buttons. etc.
