Game Boy Advance Multi-Tap

I am going to get one of those GBA Multi-Tap's that fit into the EXT port on a GBA and allow you to plug in 3 Link Cables, do they send Game Infomation over, or do I have to have more copies of the game to play with friends?

The GBA is capable of booting from a link cable but it all depends on if the specific game you want to play supports it or not.

Maybe there's some kind of pass-thru cartridge that can upload the cart from the host GBA to memory carts in the other GBAs?

All I know is that Mario Kart Super Circuit is a lot more fun in multi-cart mode than in single-cart mode. (more games, more cars, more tracks, better graphics...)

Nah, scherzo's right. Also, they aren't "multi-tap link cables" per se, they actually have one port in the middle where you can plug in a second one and keep doing that until there are 4 GBAs attached.

No, it plugs into to the back of the main gameboy and has 3 cables coming out. So its a 4 player link cable.
