We had a discussion about buying power players, mega joys, etc before but there are other items that fall into the grey area. Items such as:
http://cgi.ebay.com/FC-Game-Console-Nin ... dZViewItem
and
http://cgi.ebay.com/PORTABLE-NINTENDO-N ... dZViewItem
Since they are basically pirate consoles. I was thinking that it is ok because the games are not built in but couldn't it still be considered illegal since Nintendo has not licensed these products?
Is it ok to buy one of these with Paypal?

Yeh, it should be ok, it doesn't matter WHAT you buy on eBay, you can't get sued or anything unless it is like intellectual property (people get their auctions closed for telling what kind of stuff is in the save data of a game because it is not physically something that won't go away). I was thinking of buying one of those SP things, so if you get it, will you tell me if it's any good?

Yeah... same thing here usbcd36, although I thought of a great radica mod (that gets me a gbasp, and saves me money at the same time, what a great idea!), I was going to cut a hole inside the Radica Controller Case, where the GBASP could be inserted, and have an AV Adaptor for the Radica, since I like the GBA Screen, and then a cartridge slot, it would probably be the Street Fighter Radica, then make a secondary unit (sometime in the future) and have Gamelink between them (which I know how to do), since it's my birthday in 7 days... I think i'll have some money
Otherwise I could use my Pocket TV that is lying around.

Somebody please buy my Dreamcast >_> £20+shipping

Nintendo probably doesn't really care about pirate NES (or SNES) stuff anymore, mainly because they don't support the NES apart from cartridge replacements and cleaning kits. They won't fine you either, companies don't intervene at eBay unless someone is selling something like a not-yet-released version of their software or something.vb_master wrote:Isn't there a fine or something?
Actually, they do care, oddly enough:usbcd36 wrote:Nintendo probably doesn't really care about pirate NES (or SNES) stuff anymore
