for the LAST TIME i did not blow the white fuse, i t didnt look blown and im positive it wasnt because i bypassed the 7805! i removed it and briged the spot just in case, nada. sory for being so short with you all this just had me pretty angry

well gents, i think its pretty well toast. i messed with it for an hour last night and got absolutely nowhere. havent the slightest idea what could have happened to it, my guess is the killer of most of my systems to date...static. but i wonder, other than the white one are there any other fuses on the system? what is that silver thing infront of the cartslot? is the blue thing a capacitor (the one near the processors)?

well, i reattached the DC jack and 7805 and it still doesnt work, i guess it IS dead, damn

To be sure it is dead, or just something burned out, smell it. I know it sounds strange but if you can smell that anything is burnt or simalar smell you know for sure that its toast. Otherwise its should be salvagable.

i have nothing to base this on but a guess, it could be the crystal mebe? or that blue thing by the processors? or somthing else, might even be a porcessor that died? i have no idea at this point
