owning your own cinema

I wouldn't mind having my own Cinema, but it's not a life achievement for me. I'd like to own my own arcade... that would own (sorry for the awful pun), I'd like a pair of Light Phaser Tag Guns!

Someday I'm going to build a MAME cabinet...

Probably the traditional stand-up arcade machine, maybe with the console wider for more comfortable 2 player gaming...

Or maybe a Sinister Seat-type one (the cab thing with pedals and usually a yoke)

actually smoke doesn't effect the picture I know cause its allowed to smoke in german cinemas. cause i don't smoke i hate the smell when smoking is allowed but there are also smoke free movies you are also allowed to drink alcohol in the cinema you can order it when a waiter comes past a little time ago they also sold hot-dogs an hamburger but i haven't seen that for a while

Yep, I can never play Arcade games unless I'm sitting down! I was thinking about building a mame cabinet, but I'd more like to build my own console, which I'm going to do if I get a PC board and the money and the ability to get off my arse and actually do it.

When I build my mame I am going to have barstool seats for it except they will have backrests on them so that you can be supported and some cup holders on each side I just need a computer to build it when I get one I will buy a cabinet.

practically everyone smokes in england, or at least where i live. everyone else would have to put up with it. poeple tend to not not be too bothered about smoking here, unless its while they are eating.

i would have a good ventialtion system though obviously.

There's this Ms. Pacman cab (working) at the local pizzeria. Its never used, never! I'm going to go in there sometime and try to buy it for a hundred dollars or something. Then I'll hunt for an empty cab to use for mame, trying for a classic so I can restore it to its former beauty.

I'm way the hell past Rhode Island.

The local Papa Gino's pizzarias usually have old arcade units. The one in Mansfield has a Marvel Heroes unit, the one in Norwood has Ms. Pac Man, and the one in Framingham (I think) used to have Tempest.

theres an old rundown "adult" theatre in the woods behind my house no one uses it any more but they left the old "adult" movies in it which i took and sold on ebay.
