the link in the second batch looks like it's just a preorder. could possibly be legit, but I wouldn't bet my $250 on it.
I thought about doing something similar, only backwards--preordering a bunch (from a legit sorce) and ebaying them on launch day after the stores run dry.

Yeah but with a next gen console they can stiff you. By the time the consoles are released these quote unquote companies could have gone out of business and run off with your money. As I see it there is no such thing as something free. You pay wheather it be with time, privecy (your email) or with money. One of those is going to be taken for that and money is something that really all of us here can agree we dont have enough of.
