I am wondering what would happen if I swapped the CHR from SMB2 with the CHR from SMB3, and ran SMB3 on my NES? Would the graphics change, or what?

I just swapped a SMB2 CHR into a SMB3 board. SMB3 is so much more fun with messed up graphics! Project complete!

well.. the tiles are different so it wouldn't look right. If you took the time to edit the chr file and burn it to a eeprom you could make it look decent I guess

It changes everything that is a sprite in the game. I will trade it if you want it.
