Sega genesis paint job

Heh, cool. Weird choice of colors, kinda makes me regret loving the 90's....j/k. Good job.
I painted my Genesis too about a month ago too. Didn't really find a fitting place to post a pic until now and this is my first post on this forum anyway.
I like blue so here's some shots of my flake-blue Gen2. It was pretty fun and surprisingly easy. I just decided on a whim to paint one of my 4 genesis systems. I picked this one up for $4 at a flea market (a whole box of them was there).
I left the buttons black cause it looks kinda cool and decided to not redo the "GENESIS" or "SEGA" silk screened logo's. It looks great IMO, the paint is smooth and pretty pro-looking (Yeah i'm tootin' my own horn, I didn't think I'd do this good the first time around). Oh yeah the pics don't show that I re-glued the rubber feet back to the bottom when I was done.

Really cool design i like it especially the rubber feet, i left them off since i did not really need them but cool metalic finish. I am spraying an old game to go with it just for looks the game called 'zoop!' is really crap so i just took it out. Btw i am trying to fit an monochrome screen into a replica n64 control pad has this been done before since people could give me some advice.

Did you remove the stickers on the bottom or just cover them?

I removed the stickers, then removed the insides and sprayed it with primer and then the paint.

so you sanded then used primer to make the paint stick

Then use primer first, its meant to help make the paint cling on (no pun intended).
