No. The GBO up the the GBA SP are setup to use ported versions of NES and SNES games. As for the GCp it doesnt have the battery life to live up the Nintendo's standards and it uses the medium that the GameCube uses which is something that will not increase Nintendos income. Why do you think they didnt make their own "Time Machine" for the GBA SP, cause if you can play games on carts that are already out why bother buying the new packaged ones.

They wont buy. Its Nintendo. If they wanted a GC they would make a new motherboard and stuff made for a portable, itd output digital video to a 4-5" screen, there you go, already got rid of one motherboard. It'd be LED backlit I imagine, so itd take little power. They'd put in a kickass battery for long life.

Now thats impressive. What can you do?

I dont think they'll bite. You'd be better off making a portable cdx for sega.
Nintendo probably has portable designs of their consoles, but they just never get released.

Well, there is a difference between a design and a real thing. Oh yeah, if this somehow did happen, it would have to be a GCp, since the N64 is dead, not to mention SNES/NES.

Makes we wonder just how small they could have the Gamecube, since it uses the 3in (8cm?) games.

Making a portable Revolution would be awesome, plus it would be TINY! As for a GCp, Nintendo wouldn't bite, it's too big a risk and probably wouldn't live up to their expectations.

we still gotta see the controllers, though ;).....
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

I wonder if they even have a design planned out yet. That'd be funny, "Nintendo postpones release date of Revolution on account of no controllers."

I think engadget was right on with saying the controllers for the Revolution will have touch screens.

Anyway... It would probably be illegal to sell a GCp to Nintendo on account of copyright infringment.
