i have a e reader for you who dont no its a game boy thing that reads cards for playing old games i was wondering how it works does any one no

you buy a pack of e-reader cards and use them like a credit card for your GBA then save one game on the e-reader

i no that i was wondering how it reads the cards because i have one i just cant open it up because of the nintendo screws

use a pair of needle nouse to open it

It just reads the dots as 1's and the spaces as 0's to compile the code that's necessary to run the games.

I wish there was a program out there that let you make your own eReader cards... that would make homebrew game testing easier*.

*except for the whole P.I.T.A. eReader reading. :lol:

do u think if i printed life size images of the cards they could still be read by the e reader

ive tried that they were exact size, it didnt read well, like it read the cartd but they were like messed

You need an ultra-high res scanner and a laser printer. (inkjet ink spreads into the paper because the paper absorbs the liquid ink.)
