I'm sure you could, but there's only one way to find out for sure

(although, if you have a broadband DC it won't work with any phone cord)

Video/Audio dont work like what you think where you have powe and data lines. The A/V ports just transfer data. So all you have is the input and ground lines.

But in North America(and probably elsewhere), one of the wires is power. I don't know what the voltage and supply currents are, but I know that atleast one of them is used for power. That is why you don't need a power line for most older phones(wired). I'm guessing that the phone lines use separate data and power grounds.
