I finally have a design I am comfortable with and I will be using (vaccumed formed)! Gotta get exact dimensions before I get it created.
Feedback? Ideas? Upgrades? 411?

The battery is going to be in the back under the cartridge. Visually, it'll fit nice...just gotta wait to see what the final process will look like.

Does anyone know the measurements of a Mini-SNES board (Length and Width only) and the measurements of the PSOne Screen?

Thanks...I'll give it a little just to be safe and also plan around for the wires too.
:::EDIT:::
In your opinions, what would you recommend for seperating electronics? Something for putting inbetween the motherboard and monitor (to prevent short circuits? Tape, rubber, foam, etc???
