Not many people are begging, and the ones who do, are the people who aren't even on the list. We aren't begging to become mods, we are offering to help out with the responsibilities, in a way that has been proven to work at other forums.

BTW, I think that B6 and HK should still have power over all forums. We aren't here to replace them, we're trying to make things easier.

HK and B6 should still have overall modsmanship, in my opinion. We are out to help, not replace, them.

Nicely said! :D

The position you want filled by B6 and HK-47 are the ones being filled by Ben and gannon. They are called "Admins"...
They aren't being replaced. They're getting lighter loads. Not to mention the fact that they both are in favor of the idea. They obviously don't feel the need to have this supreme power you guys want them to have. Don't offer them help if they don't want it...

Wow, I remember hearing that before, oh, when I said it! :D

As for HK and B6, I say let them decide which forums to moderate, because they were here first.

Oh dear god, you'll be the pivot where I to a turn for madness!

HK_47 just made the decision in THIS VERY THREAD, whilst B6 was with me while the list was being populated!

Both B6 and HK-47 have expressed to not only me, but to these forums that they are willing to make this sacrifice for the good of the board. I believe we can drop this part of the issue now.

Hey, I'm just saying that those 2 should be allowed to moderate as many or as few forums as they want. I know that they agreed to this(I do read these threads you know), but I think that they should be allowed to moderate 3 or 4 if they want to, instead of being limited to 2 like the rest of us. If they don't want to, that's fine, I just think they should have the choice of what they want.

Lucretius asked me if the mini-mod plan "cuts into [my] right to mod.
Here's my brief thought on the subject:
No, in all actuality, I'd be glad for more assistance, it's less for me to worry about.
I like the plan, it's a good plan, I support the plan fully and do not feel cut out, demoted, deprived, or whatever in any way, shape, or form.

Look if Lucretius has talked to everyone like with me about what forum's are they best at, with HK-47 and Black Six then the choices they've had have been set. If Black still wants to mod the whole fine, HK-47 seems to be fine with just one or possibly two. Its not an issue for us to worry about its their issue about the work load they want to take.

As for the set up with Gannon and Ben in full admin, and the rest of the forums set with about two mods each, this setup should be fine. I dont see how we can debate this any further. About the only things left is if people want to swap postings, or how we'd go about moving threads if they need it.

I'm just saying that we need to stop dwelling on simple matters and move on to working out the problems or potental issues we could have down the road.

That's all I wanted to hear. I just wanted to know if there were any other forums that you wanted to continue to moderate.
