That was Maimi Gators and Chicago Cubs, which hasn't happened and will be impossible because they are both in the National League.madc0w wrote:back to the future II has actually been right before, with the whole world series thingy with the marlins and indians
(Even if it was Marlins and Indians, that has not happened either).

Re: Styrofoam
Look for 1/8" exterior grade plywood. It's really light and flexible, and it would be much better than just straight foam. If everything works out on it, I'd still suggest fiberglassing as it will make it last a lot longer. The only downside of fiberglassing is that you will have to use epoxy resin (look for it at a marine store), as polyester resin (the bondo fiberglass resin at homedepot, lowes, etc) will eat clean through foam.Undisclosed wrote:I'm makin a hoverboard i guess you could call it. and ive seen a ton of sites. a friend of mine is making a hovercraft and its made of styrofoam paneled with wood. i wanna make mine outa styrofoam too (not crappy kind), but i dont wanna use wood. i want to make it hard, but fiberglass is expensive. any ideas

Yeah I have seen hoverboards mnade out of a circle of plywood, sheet plastic, a coffee can lid, and a leaf blower. It's jurt a cushion of air trapped underneath the plastic.

I just found out my dad tossed my old Lawnmower...
oh well ill go find another one someone dosn't want anymore.
I drew up my plans, they are similar in prepultion to superdeformed's craft but it will be smaller and you will be able to stand on it, prolly around 15-20" wide and 4' long but I havn't decided anything as of yet.

Yea, people can also just use the URL tags properly, in the format "description of URL".bicostp wrote:There is the free url redirection service www.tinyurl.com ...nos_slived wrote:Hey gannon, that's the reason why we need forced word wrap(look at the first page).Motoman wrote:They show the full body. Besides, gannon is talking to Ben about installing EasyMOD so gannon can install some mods on here easily(one of which is the wordwrap mod).

If Im understanding, it breaks a length of symbols (URL) into several lines, rather than expanding the width of the page.
