Sega Genesis Portable

Post by Mr Duck »

Hi, I've never done a portable before, but I'd REALLY like to make one. I'd use a Genesis 3 and basicly would need everything to know (esp. how to get or make a case).

You could trade your V3 for one of my V2's and then use this how-to and make one like that :P

V3 would probably better, you could just velcro it to the back of a psone screen

Oh yeah. You won't find an easier Genesis Portable to make. It only took me a single night and that was when I had to figure out the AV wiring WITHOUT the avplug (never had one). Luckily gamesx and a sewing needle worked out just fine.

No it is just a power plug for the screen. You solder it to the battery wires on the mother board.

And yeah, you just use the normal video and L&R audio for the screen.
