Still, your hate for anything sony-based is flawed and dumb.

Also, CDs can hold way more data than cartridges.

On a different note, has anybody tried making a portable <something> based around emulation?

#1 sony and nintendo worked together on the playstation to be and add on for the snes.
#2 Sony stuff is just as good

Well give Sony some credit for try to get into a very competitve market. As of now we have a lot of handhelds that are great on graphics and power but the biggest thing is appeal and games. If Sony can get 10 good/great games to play when they release the PSP then more power to them.

Nintendo's key reason for being on top is they've been in the market for so long. Its great they know what appeals to the market and that they repackage their games a minimum of 2 times.

As of right now you cant compare the two. Those that have choicen sides, good for you you know were ytou stand. Just dont knock something when your basing it on just the company. Its not going to be accurate, you may get lucky and the result will be what you expected but you really dont know.

Its time to put this topic to rest.

Guys just chill out! I'm not a huge fan of Sony or Nintendo yet I still respect them as console developers. You guys may may not agree but fighting over the internet is the most cowardly form of disagreeing. I wish the best of luck to both Sony and Nintendo and their upcoming portables. You guys need to set aside your differences and go back to what this topic was about.
