Need Help Finding Spot "E" on my board

I cant seem to find spot "E" on my board. (the place where you apply 5v to the atari) If any one could help me find it thanks. Here is a Pic ( crappy because i had to scan it) {if you need a better picture ill try to find another way}

If by different you mean clear and crisp rather blurry and wavy, then yes, you are correct.

yeah, it is a different layout, but the chips are the same, so I figured that I'd pick a spot that would be the same on either atari.
