I need to make a program that can display the time, like that XP3 Message Clock by lighting/stopping the LED fiber optic brick.

I've never used the fiber optics before, how do you control which ones are one, or is it just all on or all off?

I am using a fast motor to cycle through all the LED's. You have to turn on/off the LED lights eith all on or all off very fast.

This project is going to take a hell lot of programing.
