Micro-CMoy Amp: How?

I really want to build the Micro-CMoy (this), but he doesn't list the parts used. Here's the parts for the CMoy amp List. What parts should I use?

I noticed that. What type of resistor and capacitor is C+, C-, R+, and R-, those arn't listed.

the micro cmoy isn't that small anyways. I saw a person make a mini amp (with connectors) the size of a aaa battery. It used a single aaa battery to power it too... tiny

Ive seen one about 2/3 the size of a 9v battery, but Id like to see a link to the aaa one.

if you made it small enough you could fit it in an altoids gum tin, which are about a third of the size of the mint ones.

should be able to. im going to use one to power headphones made out of two computer speakers.
edit: crap, you have to buy one, i wanna make my own.
