Ipod Idea

ok, I just had an idea, I don't care if you spam this thread or not, but it would be cool to buy an apple ipod photo, the biggest hard drive they've got, and find a u2 case, take off the old case and put on the ew one, and then you have a apple ipod photo special U2 Edition!

Almost tooo hard. The case itself contains the touch volume/scroll thing. Too replace it and then SWITCH it would be uber-hard.

Or you can get an iPod with a busted HDD and replace it with a bigger 3.5" drive, like that guy on Hackaday. Hang on, I'll get a link.

I've seen a solid mahogany ipod before; the guy said he had a hard time converting it to wood, if I remember right.

actually I just don't understand why anybody would want one...
I'd rather have a Foghat mp3 player!

good mp3 mod: gut it for an nsf or mod player.

I have seen kids with the U2 iPod only because they liked the coloring style.

uh yea, except all the hits they've had in the past 15 years. GAME OVER TRY AGAIN INSERT THREE CREDITS TO CONTINUE.

the photo ipods were merged with the normal ipods. all full sized ipods have the color screens now. including the u2 ipod. which makes this entire thread kind of a little bit worthless. kind of a little bit like FDS's other threads. oops pretend i didnt say that.

...are you high? just because you don't like a song doesn't mean it didn't chart.
vertigo was a big hit, so was the album it was on (both hit #1).
city of blinding lights hit #2
the album all that you can't leave behind hit #1
beautiful day was a gigantic hit
elevation was a reasonably big hit
the album pop debuted at #1
they released one of their 3 greatest albums (achtung baby) ever in 1991
the album zooropa debuted at #1
the fly hit #1
stuck in a moment you can't get out of hit #1
basically every single they have released in the past 15 years has been a top 20 hit.
so basically, one of the following applies to you
1. you don't follow popular music and like to make ignorant statements about it anyway
2. you don't like the music U2 makes and therefore choose to ignore their well-documented achievments and make ignorant statements about them
3. you are resentful that bono has more money than you and god put together and choose to make ignorant statements about his band.
