if you would like to donate to my ps2p portable pm me
Thats resonable, considering that the PS3 is either $300 or $400, and its aprox. 15 times faster than it (on paper at least). The Nintendo revolution will be good, and small, and the hard drive is great, but since its only 2 and a third times faster than the ps2, its a tough choice. Itll probably be relativly easy to portablize seeing as it is quite small.Radon199 wrote:Nintendo says they are gonna keep the Revolution under $200 USD maby even cheeper.

They said the Rev will be open-source. Meaning freeware emulators will come out faster than the others. So I'd go with the Rev.

How do you know that the revolution is only that fast? Nintendo never gave out any specs other thatn that the chips are hollywood and broadway and all that. Besides sony is just tossing out numbers. Remember with the PS2, Sony said that games will have graphics more superior than that of "Toy Story". Thats major BS. Literally all their doing is pulling approximate numbers out of their ass'sMr. Cool wrote:Thats resonable, considering that the PS3 is either $300 or $400, and its aprox. 15 times faster than it (on paper at least). "Living After Midnight"
For the Revolution controller, I was thinking somthing with and LCD. Has any one seen the TV remotes that have and LCD insted of buttons, and when you pick it up the screen shows a bunch of buttons? I was thinking somthing like that, it would change the button layout depending on what type of game you are playing (NES, SNES, etc.)
As for the PS3, I want to be the first to make it portable. If I get my job at gamestop next summer I well save up some money and buy 2 when it comes out.

First off age to work at gamestop depends on where the store is because in my township it is 16 while in the adjacent it is 17.(However most places it is probaly 17 because of the fact you sell M rated games)
Also I don't believe the Rev controller will be touchscreen. It will cost too much, be very fragile, get scuffed, and wouldn't be able to illustrate by touch where the buttons are.
Reliable sources tell me it will be a globe, but not sure.
Also if by Bens luck find a XB2 or PS3 in a back alley like he did with his slim PS2(or as it said in the advertisement) I will make one out of it, even if i dont already have one because PS3 discs will be $70 I'm told, and i am not a fan of Xbox.(People will pay big money)
But of course i WILL portablize the rev if the controllers allow for it.

Hell yeah man, we dont need no 70 dollar crap.Lucretius wrote:WHAA?! Screw that, I'm just gonna keep playing with my Game Boy Camera!EvilnessNMyVeins wrote:because PS3 discs will be $70 I'm told
Seriously, 70 dollars a game is about 69 dollars more than I'd want to pay, they'll never get enough business.

It could be like a GBA. Remember GBO games were 20, then I think Color games were 30. Then, GBA games soared to 40, and after some time lowered down to 30, and now DS games are 30. Still, I'm way too cheap to spend more then 30 or on a game (and even 30 kind of depresses me)

$70!?! That's even worse than the N64's $60 game price. And we all know how well N64 went...soundwave wrote:Hell yeah man, we dont need no 70 dollar crap.Lucretius wrote:WHAA?!
