pc joypad

i have an old style jpypad with a small 15 pin serial connection.

the problem is tht i dont have a 15 pin connection on my mobo.

is there anyway to convert it to a 25 pin serial and have it still work?

uh, your going to have to mod your computer port for that, look around for joe grand's stuff, he mods computers and junk like that

or you could just buy a card with gameport for $0.99 off of ebay.

or a usb converter, though it is trickey to program it without the software

Many older soundcards have the 15-pin game port which you're talking about. Lots in ISA, some in PCI.

Suprisingly, my Sound Card has a 16-Pin Port, and I have a standard Non-USB Gameport like my older Circa-96 PC, but that don't work, so I connected it into the Sound Card, and it worked! And no, my Joystick does not sing even while connected to the sound card sadly.
