As much as everyone complains about the Nomad, it was an amazing system for it's time. If you already had a Genesis, you didnt need to buy any new games...and the second controller port was the best idea ever. (I can't tell you how many times my friends and I have beat Streets Of Rage on that thing)...2 or 3 hours isn't so bad.

Besides, I can remember when the first GameBoy came out and people where crying about the battery life of those too.
