on my N64 Pin 10 is Ground (i have a PAL 64 though), it is actually printed on the Circuit board.

Like I said, I'm going to test pins 4 and 10, because according to PoD, pin 10 is +5V and GND.

No, I haven't opened my spare N64 yet. That diagram is for when the board is right side up(cart slot side up).
