you email me the design and i will make it for you for $5
if you dont have a design i will still do it for $10 but you need to Snail Mail me the insides of your portable so i get the correct mesurments. PM me for more details.
the money from this will help me get things for my portables that i want to build.

Step 1: Build a Vacuum form
Step 2: Get some suitable plastic
Step 3: Make a bust for your case
Step 4: Make the case

There are a few links to the guides on doomportables.
I would recommend building a small box version rather than the full version like I did. The box version takes up a lot less space and is a lot easier to build.

$7? So you're willing to lose money? The clay, plaster, and ABS necessary to make a mould and do vacuum forming will easily cost more than $7. Not to mention the cost of actually building a vacuum forming table.

Thats true the plastic and clay are more than $7 and the labor cost. Thats dirt cheap charge at least $15 and thats pretty cheap for a vaccum formed case. But do you have the skill to build quality case or are you just beginning?

ok maybe $16 with out Shipping but you can place orders now just PM me for instructions it will be made out of balsa untill furtur notice but it will be stained like antique furnature.
