Well, thing is, it wouldn't be hard to develop his little library of 80 games if there was a local video game rental place nearby.

I think the mod chip is alright, but selling the games with it is kind of over the edge. (Wonder if he charged more for the games on it than without)

He could have gotten away with the chipping it if he didn't have the games on there. That was dumb. Pirating games is what gets you in trouble.
