You adjust pixel size by opening firefox, right-clicking the image, and selecting "block image". It worked for me.

You can also use The Gimp. The controls for it are in the image tab, labled as scale image, and then when your there you change the settings to either pz or %.

Now alteast until you get it resided take down the current one. Its riducuous to have an avatar that big in the first place,

Thank you. We try to keep with the honor system here and have people use what ever size avatar they want, just keep other people in mind when you're putting it up.

Install this, and it will resize all avatars to required hight/width.
