i need all linux help

k i just got ubuntu, my first linux thingy k guys and im all holy crap, ive never had linux instaled or have used it before but i figured i should try right guys? well i need to figure out a few things, k how to i get graphix drivers for this sucka.. im stuck at 640*480 mofos and does any one know a msn client for linux? theres a lot more but im a but stoned and i cant remember.. oh KDE, i want KDE...

Ok if you want KDE (whick is better then Gnome!) before you login there should be an option list and one should involve changing the GUI/desktop enviorment from the default to a different one.

As for the MSN client, look at linux.org under applications. Naim should work.

How 'bout gaim for the msn client, it also does a bunch of other things like icq and aim.
