Could programs to plan with

Can anyone recommend a free program that is good to make diagrams of parts and layouts in? Does XP have a good program or something I havn't found?

MS Paint :lol: And there is GIMP, it's pretty good (hard to use though).

Install GIMPshop, it makes things a bit easier (at least I think so. ;))

How about emachineshop?
