the way i got mine for less than $15 was i got a broken verge screen and will fix it. that's really cheap

My local gamestop doesn't stock psone screens.

I went to Toys-r-overpriced next door and bought an intec screen instead.

Do check for store availibility on gamestop.com to see where they have them. Worked okay for me. I had to go to 3 gamestops, before I got one though, because they dont update the website very often.
