I've used a bunch of old text adventure creators, most recently Computer Novel Construction Set.

(remembers "Construction Set" printables on the Mac...)

I used to use GameMaker, but as I now have a mac (switched about the same time 6.0 came out), I really do not want to go back to windoze. This is so much more reliable. Well... anywho, I actually am working on a Java game engine. Yeah, I know several do exist, but I want one that is easier to use, and more fits my needs. I actually am basing some of the stuff of of Mark's style. After it's completed I do plan on adding an interface to allow people to create games as easily as with GM. Although I have no idea when it will be completed. I do have allot of other programs I need to write, and right now my first priority is completing version 2 of my blog program.
