need some quick opinions/suggestions..

I got a $40 dollar best buy gift card for my B-day and i would like to get a good DS game. I was thinking to maybe get goldeneye (realeased today $30) but i herd the audio and it sucks. Either that or waiting till june 28th to get Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. ($40). I need a good game cuase i'm going traveling across Europe so something that'll last is good. Any suggestions or opinions. O BTW i was also figuring in some older DS games like Yoshi or Star Wars. (Hmm kirby just came out.....)

yoshi is not that good my friend has it but kirby canvas curse looks really good on the DS
