how do you get an internet image to be your avatar?

well my firend you piont the thing in your profile to the web adress of the image you want...

lets say that this is going to be your new avitar:

http://www.google.ca/images/firefox/fox1.gif

all you have to do is go to your profile and set it to it...

but if i wher you i would do this!!

1. right click on image
2. select "save as"
3. refer to "how to post images" in forum 42 to get the url
4. paste url in "link to off-site avatar" in your profile
5. press "submit"
6. eat cream pie, it's goooooooooood

i just right click on it then go to properties then copy the web URL then paste it in the place in my profile where it says avatars URL or watever
