you can have more then one download at a time if you use a "third-party" bittorrent client like azareus, or Bittornado. Back when Suprnova.org was still up I hade like 7 going at once every night, all going like 200kbps.

sometimes limewire doesnt have the stuff i want
like when i search for REM it came up with all this other crap
so i searched by song (which was a pain) and it came up
but most of them wouldnt download anyway

Same problem with me. I have XP and Dos is t3h suck (in a bad way) on it, nothing works.

Thats because your mesenger service is disabled. If you want it to work open up command prompt and type: net start messenger (I think...)

The code I typed dosnt work? Then I have no idea whats wrong.

I tried running a dos bootdisk too, but anything I typed in (and i was typing the right stuff in) came back with an "inncorrect command" or whatever alert.

Type in the command COLOR, and read the directions.

That's because DOS is different from the Windows Command Prompt. To use a command in DOS, you need a .COM file.

woot! don't you love old threads :mrgreen: . actually i have a reason for reviving this. i tryed downloading some torrents but they won't download. does bittorrent work behind firewalls?
