does the lcd use composite by default?

I just brought it today to mess around with.

Anyway of finding out? I guess that hooking up composite and getting no signal is a sign?

I wanna see if this thing takes RGB but i dont want to hook it up to a RGB output yet.

Could i get a 1.5v battery, hook up the 2 wires to what i presume to be the BLUE input, if that worked would the screen be all blue?

EDIT: Also, this screen has a PAL/NTSC selector which is on PAL because im in the uk

OK!

Ive just checked all the 5 wires and they all go to the same pins!

EG:

Yellow, blue, red, brown, orange all connect to pin 1,2,5,6,9,11,12

Thats just a example but basically, no pin is unique to the color :! I hope somebody has a answer soon, or by tommorow:D

They probably go to 5 places that need to know when a signal is sent.

I cant figure out what these wires might be.

The 5 wire colors are:
Brown
Red
Orange
Yellow
Blue

Theres another 3 which i know is for the audio:
Brown
Red
Orange

Any idea what the 5 wires could be?

I cant figure it out, i thought maybe RGB but what would the other two be

When i turn it on, i can get audio and the screen goes a few shades and then fades into white.
