Game Gear NESP

Post by G-force »

I quit working on this case because I wanted a smaller NESP. But for anybody who might want to make something like it here are some pics:

kinda big :P

Image
Here you can see where the NES cart goes in. On the right is a switch for the built in games and the NES cart.

Image
The screen attaches with special velcro from Radio Shack. It holds it really well.

Heres the insides. All thats missing is, a SJ3 with a family converter plugged in (thats right plugged in, not soldered!), a controller chip, 5V regulator, and some wiring.

Image
Here you can see the back with the hole for the player port, AV out, and the aluminum riser (thats how you can plug a family converter in with out soldering  ) also you can see the power+AV plug for the modded PSOne screen plugged in. And, like all Game Gears, it is missing a battery cover :(

If you have any questions or comments or anything feel free to tell them :)

EDIT: Also, could this get put up on doomportables?

Err... actually another guy asked first, before I even put it up here (thats why I put it up, so he could see it). But if he ends up not wanting it, I'd be glad to sell it to you :)

thats a nice change from black to silver i like it better than your PSP paint job the silver with black is pretty cool but black with silver with black like on your game boy NESP is way cooler or maybe  white and black or white and red would be cool to  maybe any way cool NESP keep up the good work
