Hip Gear help...

Okay, so my screen is looping if I use the defacto ac adaptor.

I got it to run off of 7 volts instead of the normal 12 and it didn't overheat to the point of looping for about 2 and a half hours.

I bought this from a Canadian seller, so my question is:

Do their power outlets have different standards or something? Or maybe they're shoddily made in Canadia?

When i run it off of less power, there is a hum that grows when i reduce voltage.

If I use this to make a noac in a gbo case, do you think that it'll have that infernal hum in the speaker or headphone jack?

No the same standard applies to Canada as it does for the US and Mexico. As for if they are shoddy or not it depends on thee company. ATI seems to be doing alright and they're Canadian. I too have a Hip Gear and I just worked around the 12V
