Are you talking about for voice chats or text? If it's voice, you can't with AIM. If text, then you may as well use the IRC in the site, since it'll be the same, and no needed downloads.

you can always use an IRC program, such as mIRC or (I think) Trillian

yeah, if you can't access gannon.tk that could be the problem too. I'd either download an IRC client, or go to http://gannon.freeserverhost.com/irc/

Chatzilla! You can get it as part of the whole Mozilla suite. Or as a Firefox add-on.

This setup I have won't even let some music streams through. (www.bobrivers.com for example.)
