dvd info

Ok, i bought a new portable media player. rca lyra. well....i have lots of dvds that i want to put on it. ive been searching for good dvd rippers, but i cant find any. i want it to be free. then i need something to make them mpeg4. if you can give me any info, thanks a lot.

You could always get a cheap video encoder for your PC; you can convert tapes and other stuff too!

ya i have that and it works alright, its kinda slow, but it works, but i need a converter.

LOL, have you ever ripped a dvd to MPEG4 before? Now that takes time...

Its normally a "Overnight job".
