he made portable CDX, i don't know if that's what your thinking about, but if it is he probably didn't make one

No SegaSonicFan has not finished his Saturnp. I believe the last thing he mentioned about it was that he needed a new Saturn mobo.
I wouldnt expect it to be finished soon as he's focused on using the 5v model and that version is rare (not really too but just hard to find). So until he finds it, had time and doesnt break it then it could be finshed soon.

Yeah, I haven't finished my Saturn portable yet. It looks pretty much finished (paint job, screen, controls, etc.) but as mentioned before I need a new 5v mobo which are a pain to get. Once I get one it won't be much time before it's finished.
